An Opinion, Not A Fact Stamp by Karasu-no-Yami An Opinion, Not A Fact Stamp by Karasu-no-Yami
....yeah, I went there. You guys knew I'd get to it eventually.

Humans being more important than or more superior than other living beings is an opinion, not a fact.

EDIT
First of all, NO HARASSING other users on my work! Be civil!

It's sad to be in a society of insensitive heartless assholes who think humans are more superior and have more value than all animals of the world that should be of no concern to anyone, which is nothing but lies used by greed, ignorance, and conceited pride and greed. There is a reason why animal cruelty should be taken seriously and not turn a blind eye to.

Hope it's alright to use this on my profile.

Well, sure it's an opinion.
It doesn't make it invalid though.

Nice stamp, I couldn't agree more with you. Now, to my favorites, NOW!

that's true people think that because we're the only living things that talk we're the only living things with soul I'm cristiane and my religion does not say that animals goe to haven but I do believe they have souls I don't know where they go but I think they probably have!!!!

It is incorrect to say that humans are the only animals that can 'talk'. 'Talking' is verbal communication/vocalization which the majority of animals can do. What do you think 'meowing', 'barking' and the various vocalizations of birds and other animals are? Meaningless noise? Even body language is a form of communication(non-vocal).

I'm not Christian(though my parents tried to raise me as one, even baptized me), I personally believe all animals, including humans, have a spirit and a soul. Even plants have spirits/soul AND even the Earth Herself has a soul/spirit. That's how I see it anyway.

Don't take that as me being mean, I'm really not trying to be ^^;

of curse I don't you're just expressing your point of view and its a valid one, and you know maybe you're right animals not only "talk" to each other sometimes they try to talk to us, the problem is that we can't always understand them, you know the science prove that the noises that the babys make its actually a language between them, so maybe animals are the same case, I like your stamps you know, my favorite its the one that says my pets aare my family not my possession, my sister have a cat and that cat is her baby so I always say he's my nephew!!! I love that cat!!!

i am sick of people who think that, if this keeps happening to animals there will be no pets left, do you have a beloved pet? maybe a dog or a cat? if you don't just think for a second, how would you feel if someone pisoned, shot or trapped your pet thinking it was a threat? i really don't care about you saying "no harassing" i will argue i don't care if you win or i win i am just saying..

The stamp states "humans being more important than or more superior than other species on this planet is a opinion/viewpoint, not a fact."

This is in support of other species on this planet, not against.

Right, because "every other animal is speciesist" automatically means HUMANS have to be. Every time I hear that argument, I wonder if people forget what makes us human.

As for being retarded? I have little reason to believe BGF isn't so himself/herself. People usually call others retarded just to make themselves feel smart.

Big-Game-Forever already blocked me. ...Well, to be fair I did block him/her first, mostly cause I wanted to end the discussion because, let's face it, I wasn't thinking my words through. But when I actually got a decent argument together, I un-blocked her, then told her my argument, THEN BGF blocked me.

To be honest, I don't think it's "Facts" that make a person smart. Anyone can use "Facts." I think it's how a person uses those facts. And that's one of my main problems with Sulfide. I mean, I do respect how he feels that humans are important, and that hunting isn't as bad as people make it out to be. What I DON'T respect is how he uses his "facts" only in favor of people, and treats animals like they barely matter. Also, a lot of the things he supports I personally do not. For example: I have nothing against wolf hunting, although a part of me does kind of feel that part of the reason for hunting trolls is due to bias which is kind of silly, but I personally think that Arial Hunting and the gassing of wolf dens is going WAY too far. I don't consider that humane.

That's Sulfide. A supposed animal lover that acts like animals are awful. When ever he sees anyone say something positive about animals, he rushes over to that stamp to tell them how wrong they are. It's like the only "facts" that truly exist about animals are those that say how awful and inferior they are to animals. He and his friends are constantly telling me I'm getting the wrong opinion of that guy, but that's how he acts every time I see him.

And Big-Game-Forever? He's a troll.

I noticed that Sulfide's account was suspended. So I felt that writing out a response would literally fall on deaf ears. And As for Big-Game-Forever, I looked at his deviant page a and figured that he was someone who'd instigate a fight/argument just because he can. So I didn't bother responding to either of them.

My advice, I'd just block Big-Game-Forever and delete his/her posts if I were you. He's one of those "Ur So Returded, I iz smrt" type people. I really dislike those type of people. Even if BGF is correct, the attitude he's using is disgusting.

Most of my discussions with Sulfide contain mixed feelings. I try to be as open minded as possible, but even when I get a different opinion on Sulfide, I end up reminding myself that he STILL has no proof that he truly cares about animals, plus the fact he REFUSES to show honest consideration for them, which causes me to reset my opinion. Also the part where he said tigers need our help after saying that no animal needs our help outside of being killed, I don't have many reasons to believe he said that for any reason other than to end the conversation.

Cynical I kind of have mixed feelings for, too. On one side, she actually DOES show consideration for animals, instead of complaining that "This animal sucks," or "This animal deserves to be hunted." But at the same time I talk to her about people (really AWFUL people) like Big-Game-Forever, and she almost always defends them. Still, I try to be more respectful towards Cynical than I do with Sulfide.

I actually have plenty to say lol. I have plenty of my own and other people's(scientists) research to back it up. But why should I even bother wasting my time on someone whos account is suspended? Or waste my time on you?

Anyway, the way you worded your response is how a troll would. So after this, I'm not going to even bother responding to you.

What I've told you is pretty much what I've noticed from past experiences from him (Before any of Sulfide's friends tell me I'm lying about him) and you might get different opinions from other people. Sulfide has told me about a hundred times (give or take) why he supports hunting, fur, meat, animal testing, never has anything nice to say about animals, and thinks people who like animals or eat vegetables are uneducated, sheltered individuals, yet can STILL claim he loves and cares about animals, but I don't think I'll ever get what he's saying. From what I've seen of him, he only really likes two animals: Humans and hyenas.

But like I said, others may tell you something different. I wouldn't be surprised if his friend Cynical (Who I respect a lot more to be honest) came on to tell me how wrong I am about Sulfide and such(And frankly, I'd probably deserve any insult she would throw at me, especially if she could really prove what I'm saying is wrong). So what I am going to say is that what I'm telling you isn't so much the truth, just that it is what I have experienced from Sulfide.

Listen, I'm sorry if I keep talking about you the way I do, but it's really difficult for me to shake that assumption I have of you, no matter how many times you tell me.

It's just that no matter where I go, I tend to see you telling people how wrong they are about animals, as if the only facts that exist about them are negative facts. You rarely have anything nice to say about creatures other than our own species, and you act like asking for evidence that you truly care about animals and the environment instead of just protesting how much you support hunting and killing animals and use "Other animals benefit" as the reason like it's a personal attack.

To be fair, though, I don't dislike you as much as I let on. While I do not agree with some of your views, a lot of them I agree full-heartedly on. Like for example, the fact that we must hunt animals to maintain the environment is something I cannot detest to, as it may be sad, but it's true. I don't agree drastic measures like arial hunting and den poisoning should be taken in order to keep wolf populations down, but I don't have anything against the hunting of wolves. I also agree that the human race is a very important species, as I donate to charity and go on Cancer walks every chance I get.

But I continue to wonder if you support anything that doesn't involving killing or harming animals, as you never give me a clear answer. You seem to act like no problem environmental can be solved without the sacrifice of many non-human creatures. To be fair, though, lately I've been thinking of looking into a way to help certain organizations related to the rescue of bats from the White Nose disease, and if I told you I knew any way of helping the poor little bats without animal testing or having to kill a few bats in the process, I'd be lying.

Actually, when I talk about you, I normally try to talk in a "I could be wrong about this, but this is how I tend to see it," type way, even if it doesn't come off as such. I guess you could say I kind of have mixed feelings, I guess. It's nothing really personal, and I certainly respect you more than I respect BGF. Sorry as usual for my posts, it's just I'm still unsure what to think of you. You've said you have described what animals you like and such, but I don't remember any incidence where you didn't try to avoid answering those questions.

Maybe I should look back at that one post. What animals DO you like (besides humans and hyenas)? Whaat charity organizations do you support? And such?
